Cooking

Got out OK and got fish (very expensive) and lamb (nice cut but should have been trimmed better), fresh herbs, and a replacement French Press caref (very surprised but available at Duck Soup).

I made two recipies of bread.  In the first I used all purpose flour and in the second bread flour.  The bread flour batch is much better but both are very good indeed.

The soup was rather more trouble than I'd expected and it took a bit to get the spices right.  I ended up using a bit to much pepper so it has a bit of a bite but still very good indeed.

Tomorrow I'll do the rest of the meal.
